HR tasks are connected.
Employee records inform schedules, requests and payroll preparation. Each task keeps its own status and history.
HR · Employee records
Start with employee profiles and placements, then link accounts and organization units. The directory and employment history inform scheduling. Salary and private document access are checked separately; a role name alone does not unlock all data.
HR & employees · Time and attendance
HR configures branch calendars, shift templates and rosters. Employees open their own schedules, record attendance and request leave or overtime. Requests await the appropriate decision; policies and schedule time zones determine calculations.
Finance & HR · Payroll
Use authorized attendance sources and records to prepare a period, review details, approve and publish payslips with the required permissions. Payroll requires a separate plan and is excluded from the HR trial. Payslips and approvals do not transfer money to a bank.
Employees & admins · Operations
Employees request expenses or loans and open announcements and assets related to them. Admins manage inventory and review workflows within their permissions. History and status provide context; approval is not proof of payment.
